Ongoing Maintenance & Support

Standard hourly fee for website updating, photo scanning and editing or copywriting is $35 per hour. Update your website with your latest work, seasonal offers, sales or discounts, whether photos, graphic images or text, E-Clicks can help you out. Remind your customers you're still around!

Enhanced Website Starter Package

A more comprehensive online presence, this package offers your potential customer enough information about you and your business/product to give you a competitive edge.

This package professionalizes your presence on the Internet.

  • Custom web design — select from three (3) draft designs; we work with you to finalize a single design.
  • Favicon (what's this?)
  • Domain Name Registration (if required).
  • Hosting Account setup (if required) — we recommend a hosting firm and package that matches your business needs.
  • Website Email Address — for website inquiries (if required).
  • Contact Us "form to email" — provision of a basic contact form with anti-spam tactics.
  • Webpages — up to eight (8) webpages.
  • Content Integration — we will ghost-write and web optimize your text; scan, edit and web optimize up to eight (8) photos.
  • Slideshow or Gallery area — provision of either a slideshow or gallery to suit your business/product needs.
  • Website statistics — insertion of Google web traffic tracker code on all pages.
  • Search Engine Optimization — webpages are coded to be search engine friendly and "readable" by search engine spiders and bots
  • Sitemap, robots and URL list files — special files created to aid in search engine "reading" of your website.
  • Search Engine Submission — your website is submitted to Google, Yahoo, Bing and DMOZ.

This package is suited for a small business or cottage rental type opportunity. It provides you with an online client contact point.

E-Commerce Package

Designed for the small online retailer, this package offers you the ability to either sell online or simply to provide potential customers with an online catalogue of your products. Using Zen Cart, an open source, free shopping cart software, we setup your product categories, informational pages and will install the necessary modules to meet your business goals (i.e. Canada Post Shipping Module, PayPal payment module). Zen Cart product updates are easy for non-technical personnel to handle.

  • Additional photo scanning and editing is charged at $35 per hour, beyond the standard 25 photos included in the package.
  • Additional Zen Cart modules charged at $270 per module, except the Canada Post Shipping Module and integration with Canada Post server which is charged at $600.

Self-Maintained Package

Designed for those who wish to update their own websites. Using Perch, a light-weight content management system new to the market in 2009, you'll be able to update the text and images on your website yourself with no more of a skill-set than using a wordprocessing software (like Word or WordPerfect).
